Son of the EMAX Motorsport founder Glen Finn Max has competed in motorsport from a young age from go karting to C1 eduro and cup racing, competing in the C1 Club in the UK and Europe, Max has competed in the invitational class in the C1 Cup achieving multiple podiums.

Challenge-TM founder Ted returned to motorsport after overcoming the devastating effects of the rare neurological condition Transverse Myelitis, which left him paralysed from the neck down in 2018. Through determination and intensive rehabilitation, he rebuilt his strength and returned to racing in 2024 with the Challenge-TM C1 endurance racing programme, while continuing to manage significant physical and neurological challenges. Inspired by his recovery journey, Ted created Challenge-TM to support other TM sufferers through rehabilitation funding and awareness. His fundraising cycling challenges, including attempts to climb Mont Ventoux, have raised almost £50,000 and helped provide specialist therapy for people living with the condition.

Matt first got involved with EMAX Motorsport back in 2020 and started to race with them in 2021, Glen and Matt developed a great relationship with Matt stating EMAX is one of the best teams out there to work and race with. Matt is also a big fan of the C1 platform stating It's a great little car to go racing in. Since then Matt has been racing at most of the UK circuits in the C1 Racing Club endurance racing season. Last year completing 2 meetings in Spa and Portimao on top of the UK rounds, achieving 3rd place in class in the latter.

Co Founder of 3 Spark Racing, James (Pagey) Page first got involved with EMAX Racing back in 2019, Glen kindly got the 3 Spark Racing Team on their feet by offering advice and guidance. James has competed with EMAX Racing the past few years in the European C1 events and is a regular in the EMAX garage at most events working as the EMAX Race Control Director, Pagey has also competed in numerous 24hr races for EMAX achieving two podium finishes at Portimao.

Co-founder of 3 Spark Racing, 'Taylor' has been racing with EMAX for 4 seasons alongside his trackside role as EMAX Team Manager. He has raced at all of the current UK C1 tracks and has competed at numerous C1 24hr including European races, achieving two podiums. With an eye for detail James is a go to for C1 regs, race weekend plans, and driver briefings.

Arran joined EMAX as a rookie in the 2025 season and got his first AM podium at Brands Hatch in 2026. Arran is a big fan of endurance racing especially the 24hour having competed in a number of them with EMAX. His favourite circuits, so far, are Oulton Park and Algarve International ciruit in Portimao. Loves life, loves adventure, loves learning.

Marvin Motorsport was founded by Alex Port, driven by a lifelong passion for motorsport that started with watching Formula 1 and touring cars and grew into getting behind the wheel. With experience both on track and professionally, including time working with McLaren as a cybersecurity specialist, Alex brings a structured and disciplined approach to racing. Since joining the C1 series in 2020, that approach has developed into consistent progression, culminating in 1st in class at the Silverstone 24 Hour in 2025.
